Carly’s formal education includes an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with Cooperative Education, from the University of Waterloo. Carly has also obtained a degree from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto, focusing on adult learning. Currently, Carly is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers, Guelph Chamber of Commerce, Centre Wellington Chamber of Commerce, Guelph Wellington Enterprise Centre, Communitech, Guelph Partnership for Innovation and mentor for Canadian Youth Business Foundation. It is Carly’s willingness and ability to quickly learn about your situation and connections that can benefit you that will help get you RESULTS.

Since 1990, Carly has been successful in sales, research, project implementation and leadership positions within federal government agencies, educational institutions and small to medium sized enterprises, including start up and multinational companies. Her areas of focus include;
• Creating environments that stimulate strategic leadership and sustainable performance,
• Coaching for sales activities that generate income,
• Fostering interpersonal proficiency between individuals working towards the shared vision of their respective organization.

An accomplishment, of which she is most proud, was being part of a grassroots team that hosted a two-month long series of events for youth. The purpose of these events was to highlight the gravity of war, inspire gratitude and contribute to the growth of future citizens. The culminating event raised over $30,000 for the Stephen Lewis Foundation.
